Every meeting and every action it produced, in one place, so nothing said in a call gets lost by Friday.

Table of contents

What's inside

Two linked databases: Meetings, one row per call with attendees and a summary, and Actions, every task a meeting produced, each linked back to the meeting it came from.

How to use it in ten minutes

  1. Before a call, add a row to Meetings: title, date, attendees.
  2. During or after, paste your notes into the Summary field.
  3. For each thing someone owes, add a row to Actions: what, who owns it, due date, linked back to the Meeting.
  4. Set Status to Done as actions close. Open items sort to the top.
  5. Before your next meeting with the same people, filter Actions by attendee to see what's still owed.
